The German Research Foundation (DFG) has decided to fund a Scientific Network on ‘Foundations of Refugee Research’, for which I was the principle applicant.
The network consists of a group of 14 scholars from across Germany, as well as the UK and Austria. Network members will meet six times over three years to discuss foundational challenges and problems of refugee research, including inter-disciplinarity, ethical and normative implications, the relationship between scholarship and practice and other issues.
A brief description of the project can be found here.
A dedicated homepage with more information about the network will be published soon.
